ORDERING

We maintain a large inventory. Please remember that our inventories are constantly on auction, and it is very hard to keep track of all our items. Whenever you can, please confirm its availability before purchasing, to avoid any delay.


Please email for availability BEFORE ordering, especially for items which require sizes.

We reserve the right to refuse some orders.
•    We sell to all the parts of the world, except in the State of Nevada.
•    For local orders, we accept payments via any major credit cards through Paypal. We also accept postal money orders. Orders will be processed only after the check clears our bank.
•    For orders outside the US, we only sell to buyers with confirmed Paypal accounts.  Please confirm your Paypal account in the country of your residence before purchasing.  



SAVE MONEY FROM OUR STORE / DISCOUNTS

We want you to save money when you buy from our store, and here's how:
•    Join our mailing list before making your first purchase. Joining entitles you to a 5% discount (excluding shipping and handling). Present your member number when you purchase.
•    Keep the member number and present it to us before you purchase items from our store. It entitles you to a 5% discount (excluding shipping and handling) whenever you buy from us, as long as you are a member.
•    Everytime you purchase from us, we will assign a purchase order number to you. Present the last purchase number you have on your next purchase to avail of the 5% discount (excluding shipping and handling). You will be get a new purchase order number, to present in your next purchase. It's a never-ending discount.
•    Purchase items at the same time. Each additional item gets 30% off on the shipping and handling fees, PROVIDED they were invoiced and paid for TOGETHER.
•    Email us photos of the item when in use, which we will use for our website. We will send you a gift item worth $5.00 and above depending on the price of the item you purchased.
•    Send us your positive feedback regarding the item you purchased (IN ADDITION TO the feedback you sent at EBay) and we will give you a 2% rebate of the cost of the item you sent feedback on.




SHIPPING & HANDLING

•    Areas outside 48-contiguous states include HI, AK, PR, APO, other countries, etc.
•    Shipping AND Handling Costs specified in our listings include postage, packaging, handling, tracking, and apply only to the 48 contiguous US states.
•    Buyers outside of these areas, please email for a shipping quote before ordering.
•    Normally we ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified/requested.
•    If you are buying multiple items, always ask for an invoice first.
•    We do not accept expedited shipping anymore. Please plan to buy early.




PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Local Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and then submitted to the carriers for delivery.  Orders outside the US usually take about 1-7 business days.  Please add the number of processing days plus the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to your address to compute for delivery date.  Better still, wait for our delivery notification email.
We will send you a DELIVERY NOTIFICATION email with a tracking number, so you know when to expect your package.



RETURN TO EXCHANGE

General rules for Bags, Apparels and Accessories

You are purchasing online on the internet.  Please do not window shop; these "trial" transactions cost time and money.
Sales outside the US and its 48-contiguous states are final.
Items purchased on sale, specials, discounts, free shipping or best offer are final.

Sales of BIKE and BIKER ACCESSORIES are final, except those that need sizing (rain suits, helmets, gloves, etc.).  

Make sure that the item you are returning is in new and unused condition, with all tags attached and all packaging materials are returned with the box.

All shipping expenses returning original item and re-shipping replacement, are for the account of the buyer. DON'T JUST SHIP BACK! Email us for complete instructions.

 Exchanged item cannot be returned anymore.

Sales of items with item# starting with "3" (Ex. 3010105, 3120201, 3040103, etc.) are final, except in rare cases of manufacturer's defect or wrong items delivered. Manufacturer's defects render the item unusable for its intended purpose.

Email us of your intention with three (3) days of receipt of item.  Pay for the return shipping (invoice will be sent to you). We will send you the RA#and return instructions.  Please return the item as soon as possible after receiving the RA# email.  We cannot hold the replacement item indefinitely; we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be available when you return your item for exchange.  

Rules for Bags

Exchange for a different item is not allowed, unless the replacement item is not in stock. In case the replacement item is not in stock, the buyer has the option to exchange with a different item, with corresponding price adjustment (+/-). Merchandise exchange should be from the same warehouse as the original item (ex. 2120083 can be replaced by 2120100,  BUT NOT BY 3120006).

Exchange is valid only for items with manufacturer's defects or wrong items delivered. Manufacturer's defects (imperfections) are those which render the item unusable for its purpose (e.g. "broken clip", "broken zipper", etc.) A scratch does not render the item unusable. "Too big", "too small" is not a reason for exchange as we always specify the measurement of the item in the listing, etc.  


Rules for Apparels (jackets, chaps, etc.), and Accessories (helmets, boots, gloves, etc.)


Apparels can be exchanged for a different size.  In case the replacement item is not in stock, the buyer has the option to exchange with a different item, with corresponding price adjustment (+/-).  Merchandise exchange should be from the same warehouse as the original item (ex. 2120083 can be replaced by 2120100,  BUT NOT BY 3120006).

Returning immediately without documentation makes the process more difficult for everyone. To ensure a quick return, please follow all these steps completely and our return instructions strictly.   We appreciate your cooperation to work this porcess out in the quickest possible time.

Email us of your intention with three (3) days of receipt of item.  Pay for the return shipping (invoice will be sent to you). We will send you the RA# and return instructions.  Please return the item within thirty (30) days after receiving the RA# email.

All refunds will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  The refund will be released within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of the item, assuming our instructions were strictly followed; otherwise refund processing may take longer than that.





SHIPPING DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS

Due to our large inventory, items will be coming from our warehouses 1, 2 or 3.

We cannot combine items from different warehouses. Items with item numbers starting 1 come from warehouse 1, 2 from warehouse 2, and 3 from warehouse 3. Items with different starting numbers will ship separately and will not qualify for combined shipping discounts. Email us for the shipping discounts BEFORE purchasing.

Multiple items coming from the same warehouse qualifies for shipping discount. Item with highest S/H pays 100% S/H and all additional items get 30% discount on shipping and handling, PROVIDED they are invoiced and paid for TOGETHER.

Because of the size of our inventory, we may be delivering your orders coming from our three different warehouses.

Please email if you did not receive them all within a reasonable time.

COMMUNICATION


We send out two emails –

(1) ORDER CONFIRMATION - to confirm your order and assign you a purchase order number, and

(2) DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - to send your tracking number. If you need to email us regarding your order, please always mention the number that was assigned to you (not an EBay nor a Paypal #).




LOOKING FOR AN ITEM

If there is a particular item you are looking for, please contact us and let us know what it is so we can help you find it and maybe we can even add this item in our line.




SENDING A PHOTO

If you send us a photo of your bike or the item you purchased when in use, we will send you a free gift!  We assume that when you send us the photo(s), you are giving us your permission to use them in our website and for our other promotions.  We guarantee that they will not be used for illegal or immoral purposes.

Please send the photo(s) to us in .jpg form, and measuring at least 6” x 6” .

You can send in as many photo as you want displayed in our PHOTO GALLERY, as long as you guarantee they are yours, and they are about bikers and bikes.
