These fees apply only to the 48 contiguous US states. Outside of these areas, please email for the cost of shipping before ordering. For international buyers, please email us for a quote. There are still errors in our website shipping calculator. In case you were not charged any shipping and handling fees, we will email you and charge you, based on the above table. BACK TO TOP RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES Sales outside the 48 contiguous US states are final, for both apparel and non-apparel items. They are not covered by our Customer Services (i.e. exchange and returns, etc.). Sales of items with Item Numbers starting with 3 are final, unless damaged or wrong item delivered. (example, 3120101, 3010205, etc.) ON ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE - Please email for RA# and return instructions first before sending item back. Email within seven (7) days upon receipt of item. NO RA# - NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. All returned item must be new, unused and in resaleable condition. BACK TO TOP MULTIPLE ORDERS Because of the size of our inventory, our items will be coming from three different warehouses. When purchasing multiple items, please make sure they belong to the same group, or same warehouse. One group has item numbers starting with 1 representing Warehouse 1, another starts with 2 for Warehouse 2, and the third group starts with 3 for Warehouse 3. These different starting numbers represent our warehouses where the items will be coming from. We cannot combine items coming from different warehouses; you may have to pay shipping and handling separately. Please send us an email to find out, if you are not sure.
